Terms of Service

1. What Metability is

Metability is a web-based Roblox serverside that lets you execute custom Lua scripts within supported games. It is an unofficial third-party tool — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Using the Service may violate Roblox's Terms of Service. That is your risk to accept, not ours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Metability. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. What you can't do

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent termination of your access without refund:

• No NSFW content. Do not write, distribute, execute, or request scripts containing sexual, sexually-suggestive, or pornographic content of any kind. This includes any content involving minors — zero tolerance.
• No leaking games. Do not use Metability to extract, dump, copy, mirror, or otherwise exfiltrate game assets, source code, place files, scripts, models, audio, animations, or any proprietary content from games you do not own. Decompiling private games and redistributing their contents is prohibited.
• No illegal activity. Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to fraud, copyright infringement, child exploitation, or unlawful access to systems you don't have permission to access.
• No reselling, sharing, or reverse-engineering. Your account is for your personal use only. Do not share, lend, sell, or sublease your account or its credentials. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, mirror, or redistribute any part of Metability itself.
• No spam, advertising, or service abuse. Do not use Metability to deliver advertising spam, mass DMs, raids, denial-of-service patterns, or any behavior designed to overload our infrastructure or Roblox's.

4. Account and access

Access is licensed per-user, not per-device. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of credential sharing, abuse, fraudulent purchase, chargebacks, or violation of these terms — at our sole discretion and without refund.

5. Payments and refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: not using the Service, account termination for terms violations, Roblox bans, accidental purchase, or change of mind. Upgrades between tiers credit what you have already paid; downgrades do not.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate, permanent termination of your account. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith after the Service has been used, we reserve the right to pursue recovery.

6. User-submitted scripts

If you upload or share scripts through the Service, you represent that you own the rights to them or have permission to distribute them. You grant Metability a non-exclusive license to host, display, and execute those scripts for other users. You remain responsible for the content of anything you upload — and any script that violates Section 3 will be removed and the uploader's account terminated.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific uptime, compatibility with every Roblox update, or that any specific feature, script, or game will remain supported. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metability, its operators, and its partners (including serversiding.xyz) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metability and its operators from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, any content you upload, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service immediately ceases. No refund will be issued for any unused portion.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in our Discord. Your continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
